Subject: Court Remands
On November 1, 2008 the Office of Appellate Operations (OAO) instituted revisions to the Jurisdictional breakdowns for the Court Case Preparation and Review Branches. On February 23, 2009, OAO instituted revisions to the jurisdictional breakdowns for the Disability Program Branches. We are updating the OAO geographic assignment lists in HALLEX I-4-3-103 and I-4-3-104.
This transmittal revises I-4-3-103 and I-4-3-104 to provide updated information on the OAO geographic assignment lists.
