Background
This transmittal amends the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual Chapter I-4-3 to reference new instructions regarding handling threats of violence at the Appeals Council level.
Explanation of Content and Changes
I-4-3-45 – We modified the title of the section to mirror HALLEX I-3-1-57. We also relocated the instructions currently in this section and updated the hyperlink to reference the current instructions in HALLEX I-1-9-15.
