Subject: New Court Cases
Background
This transmittal amends chapter I-4-1 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual by removing several sections that are outdated and obsolete.
Explanation of Content and Changes
We amended HALLEX I-4-1 as follows:
I-4-1-91 – We completely removed the section as the information was incorporated in the Document Generation System (DGS).
I-4-1-92 – We completely removed the section as the information was incorporated in DGS.
