Background
This transmittal amends chapter I-4-2 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual by removing several sections that are outdated and obsolete.
Explanation of Content and Changes
We amended HALLEX I-4-2 as follows:
I-4-2-99 – We completely removed the section as the information is now automated in the Appeals Review Processing System (ARPS).
I-4-2-100 – We completely removed the section as the information is now input in ARPS.
