Subject: Processing of ALJ Decision After Court Remand
Background
This transmittal amends chapter I-4-4 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual by removing several sections that are outdated and obsolete.
Explanation of Content and Changes
We amended HALLEX I-4-4 as follows:
I-4-4-102 – We completely removed the section as the information is now input in the Appeals Review Processing System (ARPS).
I-4-4-104 – We completely removed the section as the information is now automated through ARPS.
I-4-4-105 – We completely removed the section as the information is now automated through ARPS.
