Subject: New Court Cases
Background
This transmittal removes sections from chapter I-4-1 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because the information was incorporated in new chapter I-4-9.
Explanation of Content and Changes
We amended HALLEX I-4-1 as follows:
I-4-1-42 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-9-40.
I-4-1-43 – We removed the section in its entirety as the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-9-35.
