Background
This transmittal amends chapter I-4-7 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual as part of an overall reorganization of Division I-4. This reorganization is intended to organize instructions in a manner that more closely mirror the business practices of the Division of Civil Actions.
Explanation of Content and Changes
HALLEX I-4-7 is amended as follows:
I-4-7-30 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-3-116 without revision.
I-4-7-40 – We incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-3-117 without revision.
