Subject: New Court Cases
This transmittal removes sections from chapter I-4-1 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because the information was incorporated in chapter I-4-2.
HALLEX I-4-1 is amended as follows:
I-4-1-50 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-2-1.
I-4-1-51 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-2-5.
I-4-1-52 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-2-10.
I-4-1-53 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-2-15.
I-4-1-54 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-2-20.
I-4-1-55 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-2-25.
