Background

This transmittal removes sections from chapter I-4-7 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because the information was incorporated in chapter I-4-1.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-7 is amended as follows:

I-4-7-2 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-1-40.

I-4-7-3 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-1-55.

I-4-7-4 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-1-50.
