Subject: Receipt of New Civil Action
This transmittal amends Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual section I-4-1-15 to update procedures for when staff discover additional evidence while preparing a certified administrative record.
HALLEX I-4-1-15 – We removed outdated information and moved the remaining information in the two bullets and the NOTE from subsection D to HALLEX I-4-4-25 A and C. In subsection A, we added clarifying clauses to two bullets. In subsection D, we added a cross-reference to HALLEX I-4-4-25. We also made editorial changes throughout.
