Subject: Administrative Law Judge Decision After Court Remand

Background

This transmittal updates section I-4-8-45 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to remove and replace outdated processing instructions.

Explanation of Content and Changes

I-4-8-45 – We removed all instructions in subsections A and B. We clarified that protest cases after court remand are processed in according to the procedures described in HALLEX I-3-6-10.
