Subject: Video Teleconferencing Procedures
Background
This transmittal amends chapter I-5-1 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to remove the temporary instructions regarding conducting administrative law judge (ALJ) hearings using video teleconferencing (VTC). The temporary instruction is no longer necessary due to inclusion of the information throughout the main body of HALLEX.
