Background
This transmittal amends the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual chapter I-5-3 to remove temporary instructions for processing subsequent claim(s) while a prior claim is pending review at the Appeals Council.
Explanation of Content and Changes
HALLEX I-5-3-17 – We removed the temporary instruction in its entirety because it was superseded by HALLEX I-1-10.
