Subject: Titus v. Chater
This transmittal removes section I-5-4-58 from chapter I-5-4 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual.
I-5-4-58 – We are removing and archiving this section because the instructions include outdated policy and are no longer relevant to current case adjudication. Current policy instructions concerning the duration requirement for disability are documented in Social Security Ruling 23-1p.
