Background

This transmittal removes section II-5-3-2 from the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because information relating to borderline age processing was incorporated into new HALLEX I-2-2-42 and I-3-3-25.

Explanation of Content and Changes

We removed HALLEX II-5-3-2 in its entirety because we incorporated instructions for handling borderline age issues in the new HALLEX I-2-2-42 and I-3-3-25.
