Update contact information

Update your mailing address, phone number, or email so we can communicate with you about your benefits.

You can update your email address any time. You can only update your mailing address and phone number if you're already getting benefits.

Keep your phone number, email, and mailing address up to date in your account. Depending on your benefit type you may need to call us to complete this task.

For email updates, sign in to your account and select "My Profile" at the top of the page. Next, choose "Security," then "Update Email."

If you live outside of the U.S., including U.S. territories or commonwealths, you’ll need to contact a Federal Benefits Unit to request an appointment.
