SSNVS/BSO AVAILABILITY

SSNVS normally operates during the following hours, including holidays and may be available at other times as well:

Monday - Friday5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time
Saturday 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
Sunday8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time

NOTE: SSNVS/BSO is not available when SSA is in the process of implementing changes to their system. Advance notice is provided on the SSNVS News page and BSO website. Also, during website down times, informational messages are displayed when a user attempts to access the system.
