Generally, the CBSV application and web services are operational during the following hours:
|Monday–Friday||5:00 AM to 1:00 AM Eastern Time|
|Saturday||5:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time|
|Sunday||8:00 AM to 11:30 PM Eastern Time|
Although most of our software maintenance occurs on weekends, SSA reserves the right to shut down all services at any time. We post service outage messages on the Business Services Online page, and we will notify your company contacts by email of any planned outages.
Technical Support for CBSV
Generally, SSA provides technical and support services Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern Time. However, SSA programmatic mission critical workloads take priority over CBSV support. CBSV technical support services are NOT available on weekends or federal holidays.

- user ID
- company name
- error time stamp
- error message details
- environment name where the error occurs: testing or production
